• Punctuality for Therapies: Panchakarma therapies (such as Shirodhara and Abhyanga + Swedam) require precise herbal decoction preparation and treatment room scheduling. We request patients arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled slots.
• Rescheduling Courtesy: If you are unable to attend a booked consultation or therapy session, we kindly request a minimum of 3 hours notice via phone or WhatsApp so the slot may be offered to patients on our waiting list.
• Therapy Suitability: Dr. Anupama Ramachandran reserves full clinical discretion to adjust, postpone, or decline specific therapies if preliminary physical examination or health history indicates temporary contraindications (e.g., acute fever, indigestion, high blood pressure spikes, menstrual cycles).
